Yelp has gotten in a lot of trouble over the past few years. As it turns out the website for reviews for consumers by consumers was twisting the arms of some businesses with bad reviews. Their apparent business model is to call up those businesses with bad reviews and offer to move or delete them in return for money for “advertising” with yelp.
